Why is my customer not showing in the partner section?

New customers only appear in the partner section in your Referral Dashboard if they registered via your referral link and/or discount code. If you resell fonio to a customer via the Reseller Dashboard, this is not visible yet, but we will have a separate tracking for you until the full Reseller Dashboard is available.
What to do if the customer is a referral customer:
Confirm the customer registered using your affiliate link or promo code
If they are still not visible, ask the customer to send a short email to partner@fonio.ai confirming you are their partner. The partner team can then add them to your partner account manually.
Important: The tracking system relies on the customer using your link or code at registration. Retroactive assignment is possible but requires manual intervention.
