How to request an integration with fonio

fonio is Europe's leading AI telephony platform, and we connect to the tools our customers already use — CRM, helpdesk, calendar, booking, and more. If your platform touches communication, scheduling, or customer data, we'd like to integrate.

How to get started

There's just one step: fill out our integration brief.

Build with fonio — integration request form

The form takes about 5–10 minutes. It asks for a few basics so our team can pre-assess feasibility before we talk.

What you'll need on hand

To complete the form smoothly, have the following ready:

  • Your details — name, work email, company, and a technical contact.

  • Your API basics — API type (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, etc.), authentication method, whether you support webhooks, and a link to your API documentation.

  • The integration idea — what you want the integration to do, the data direction (fonio → you, you → fonio, or bidirectional), and whether sandbox access is available.

  • Demand and timeline — roughly how many of your customers are asking for this, and your desired go-live window.

What happens after you submit

  1. Scoping conversation — We review your submission and respond within 2 business days with our integration assessment.

  2. Scoping call (30 min) — If there's a mutual fit, we align on technical scope, timeline, and the commercial model.

  3. Build & launch — Once scoped, our team supports you through implementation and go-live.
