  • Goal: Understand how fonio can relieve their workload

Step 2: Understand the Business Model & Phone Routine

  • What does the company do?

  • Who answers the phone today? How does the process work?

Step 3: Identify Problems & Bottlenecks

  • Where does the most stress occur?

  • Which inquiries are repetitive?

Step 4: Show fonio Live

  • Ideally a demo slightly customized for the customer

  • Walk through 1–2 typical dialogues live

  • Optional: create a mini-configuration together in your Partner Account

Step 5: Define Use Cases & Automation

  • Which topics should be automated first?

  • Which workflows should fonio take over?

Step 6: Clarify Technical Setup

  • Phone system, phone numbers, call forwarding, business hours
