How to use it:

  1. Open the link and make a copy

  2. Fill in your company details, the customer's information, and the proposed fonio setup

  3. Walk through it with the customer during or after your first meeting

  4. Adjust pricing, scope, and services to match your offering

Tips:

  • If you're referring the customer, the fonio subscription is handled by fonio — your proposal should focus on your own services (implementation, prompt engineering, maintenance)

  • If you're reselling, include the fonio subscription at your chosen price plus any additional services you offer

  • Always clarify upfront whether the customer will receive one invoice (customer pays fonio and your services together - resell) or two invoices (customer pays fonio lisence and your services separate - refer)
