In this article, you will learn how to purchase fonio numbers directly on the platform and use them for your assistant. These numbers are immediately ready for incoming calls and testing.

Note

For outgoing calls, you need to import one of your numbers. Simply via our platform.

    Charged from your fonio credit, automatically deducted on the 1st of each month.

Adding a Number: Two Methods

There are two ways to add a new number to your fonio environment. Both lead to the same result.
Choose the method that best fits your workflow.

Method A: Directly via the Assistant

  1. Open Assistant
    Open your desired assistant in the platform.

  2. Add Phone Number
    Click on Assign Number at the top right to purchase a new number for the assistant.

  3. Select Country and Purchase Number
    Select Germany, Austria, or Poland, then complete the purchase.

  4. Automatically Assigned
    The purchased number is immediately assigned to this assistant.
    Test an incoming call to ensure the number is active and working.

Method B: Via the Phone Numbers Tab

  1. Open Phone Numbers Tab
    Go to the Phone Numbers tab in the platform and select Add Number.

  2. Select Country and Assistant
    Select Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy or France
    Then assign the number to an assistant and complete the purchase.

  3. Verify Functionality
    Test an incoming call to verify the configuration.
