Note: For outgoing calls, you need an individual number registered to your company. After that, you can start outbound calls directly in fonio.

How to purchase a fonio number

  1. Open the phone numbers section
    Go to the phone numbers section in the platform and select Add number.

  2. Select the type of number
    Decide whether you want to buy a number or integrate an existing SIP number.

  3. Select country
    Choose Germany, Austria, or Poland.

  4. Assign number
    Assign the number to your desired assistant. Then test the assistant by calling the number.
